PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
As a commonly used food additive and flavoring agent, DL-malic acid is widely used in jelly and fruit-based foods to help absorb food and improve appetite. It can be used as a sour agent instead of citric acid; it is often used as a coloring agent for refreshing drinks, cold foods, processed foods, sour agents, preservatives, fruit drinks, and the like. In the non-food industry, it can be used in pharmaceuticals, cosmetics, metal cleaners, industrial deodorants and buffers. In the textile industry as a retarder, a fluorescent whitening agent, and the like.
